When a zipper is stuck, thread a string into the puller for something stronger to hold onto. Take a firm grip on the product, then pull the zipper down. It may be necessary for you to reach firmly to get it loose. Once you've got it off, just thread the zipper and use again. Important that both pulls are at the bottom and tight together, when you start to lower the opposite part.
