How do I make a return?

For purchases via our webshop, you can choose between returning in store (free of charge) or sending your return back to our main warehouse. If you want to return an item, please reuse the original bag and reseal the package with the second adhesive strip. Return the item to any Postnord agent with the included return label. A fee of SEK 59 will be deducted from the refund when we have handled your return. You can track your package through the tracking number you receive from the agent when you hand in your shipment.
