My discount code doesn´t work

It can be due to various reasons. Go through these steps:

-Check that the use-by date has not passed
-Make sure you enter the code correctly, double check upper case/lower case
-Make sure you haven't accidentally entered any spaces
-If you received the code by email, try copying and pasting it into the discount code field
